Black Bean Hummus
1 15 oz. can organic black beans beans
1 T sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic
1-2 T olive oil
1 T water
1 t. sea salt and pepper
Seasonings:
Oregano
Turmeric or Curry Powder (optional)
Open and drain beans; add all ingredients to Vitamix or other blender and process until creamy (1-2 minutes). Serve cold with fresh raw veggies, salad, or a sandwich- see our Black Bean Hummus and Vinaigrette Tuna Salad lunch! Or if you're Vegan or Vegetarian, just skip the tuna and try the Black Bean Hummus with Collards Vegan/Vegetarian Option .
