Thanks so much for freely sharing the fruits of your labor. These recipies look healthy and delicious - I can't wait to try them! I can feel my cholesterol going down. Many blessings.
Thank you so much for your passion for food and this wonderful website. I am not much of a cook, but a couple of months ago I found out I had food allergies. Now that I have detoxed my system it seems as if I am even more allergic to foods. So far the list goes: soy, eggs, milk, wheat, cucumbers, citrus fruits, avocados, bananas, tomatoes, shell fish....and on and on and on. To tell you the truth I am still not a hundred percent sure all that I am allergic to. Thanks to you; however, and using the Grocery List Generator I found at grocerylistgenerator.com , (no I am not an infomercial) I am able to compile a list of recipes and generate a shopping list I can use. Or at least if not me, my partner. My partner loves to cook and I can tell she's a little defeated not being able to cook for me the things everyone else eats. Thank you thank you once again for shedding some light on this ohana (family).
My husband was recently diagnosed with food allergies. For this reason, I too have started to experiment to create culinary favourites. As all gluten-free people tend to do, he misses bread. I am pleased to provide you with "Joel's Dinner Rolls". Thank you for your BLOG/Website, it has been very helpful, and I will share other recipes with you as I go along.
I just found this site and I SOO excited. I am 23 years old and in the past year have found that a dairy free, gluten free diet is the way for me to go. It has just been hard to follow. Especially because I can also only have tomato in small amounts. Needless to say I have pretty much been living on variations of stir fry and corn tortilla "tacos" I am so excited to try out these recipes and expand my meal options (as I am sure my boyfriend also is). THANK YOU so much for putting this out there. I just wanted to let you know it is appreciated
