1 can wild caught salmon, drained
1/2 c. frozen/fresh raw cranberries
1/3 red onion, chopped
1-2 slices white onion, chopped
fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c. torn fresh kale leaves
Seasonings:
sea salt and pepper
garlic powder
oregano
Italian seasoning
dried rosemary
parsley
dash salt free dill seasoning seasoning
Dressing:
1 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
Drain the salmon and add it to a large bowl. Add the cranberries, kale and seasonings to a bowl and mash them together with the bones, skin and meat.
