Fresh Fruit and Flax

This one is just an excuse to put up a picture how how pretty and delicious a little fresh fruit with flax can be.

1 whole fresh fruit (peach, blueberries, etc)
4 T. ground flax
1 T. cinnamon
1 dash cayenne pepper

Suggested Side for you adventurous folk:
scoop of hot salsa and cilantro- salsa and peach is such a perfect combination!

Serves: 2
This recipe is dairy free and gluten free.
