Raspberry Smoothie

Raspberry Smoothie
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
8-10 ice cubes
7 oz. organic coconut milk (about half a can)
1/2 c. water
dash cinnamon
1 scoop egg white protein (optional)

Combine everything in the Vitamix or your blender. Blend on high until smooth. This makes a great dessert, breakfast, or snack.

  1. What egg white protein powder do you use? I would enjoy reading a post about the different (gf; preferably dairy-free too) protein powders you use and when you use one over another. My mother is having trouble eating, so she's making lots of protein shakes, and I'd like her to vary up the varieties of protein powder to get a wider spectrum of nutrients. Thanks!
