large handful fresh asparagus (about 20 stems)
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper
Add olive oil and garlic to fry pan and saute garlic over medium heat until light brown. Turn heat to low and add asparagus, chopped in thirds. Saute garlic and asparagus for about 2 minutes. Serve hot. This goes well in the Asparagus and Red Pepper Omelet or just as a side.
